TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please make sure that you notify us of any chances in your details.In writing.
2.We will notify you of any gifts bought by your guests by email
3.changes to the weddinglist are accepted unless the items are bought and paid for.
4. We require at least 10 working days to organize a delivery to you.
5.Gifts bought for you will only be notified to you after we have received the payment from your guests and the cheque is cleared.
6.All monies received from your guests must be allocated to your wedding list and no cash payments or refunds will be made to you.
7. you are not entitled to any interest on the monies held for you in respect of your wedding list.
8.We regret that we can not guarantee the availability of any item on your wedding list. If an item becomes unavailable you will be required to make an alternative choice.Please be advised that it is not always possible to specify availability of an item at the time of placing the order.
9. Upon signing the terms and conditions, we reserve the right in the event of your wedding being cancelled, to charge an administrative fee of the greater of €500 or 10% of the value purchased by your guests at the time of the cancellation. After receipt of this payment ,your guests will be refunded the amount of their gift and will be advised in writing that a credit has been issued.
10. We will keep open your Wedding list for 5 weeks after your weddingdate, for your guests to purchase gifts for your.
11. After your wedding date we can store your gifts for you for up to one month after the 5 weeks.
12. we will only accept a cancellation of your wedding list if we are given the cancellation in writing by the signee.
13. Your wedding list cannot be created until we receive the terms and conditions signed by both of you.(Bride and Groom)
